A little over 21 Years ago Bart purchased a local butcher shop in Roseburg. Slowly over the course of his first years Bart would come to perfect his jerky cure that has had locals ranting and raving ever since.

Bart would take his products to all 5 of the PNW Sportsman’s shows and absolutely crush the competitors.

It has been Bart’s dream to offer his jerky to a wider customer base since he perfected his cures and now that dream is becoming reality. 

Bart is now 63 years old and looking to semi-retire from the butcher shop business while his son Jordan just left his career in law enforcement to take the reigns.
